While out walking my wonderful dog Addy this afternoon, I saw this service vehicle parked in the driveway of a neighbor’s property that is getting some work done. The business is using the domain name TheClosetMonkey.com and is based in Orlando, FL.

They build custom closets and other storage solutions for homes and businesses.

Their Facebook page has over 1,000 likes and a 4.8 star average rating based on 59 reviews at the time of this writing.

Make Shark Electric LLC is a Central Florida-based electrician. They use the domain ElectricOrlando.com for their website. The domain MakoSharkElectric.com is registered and parked at GoDaddy, but it’s unknown if it was registered by them or not.

Spotted the service vehicle for the Orlando-based HVAC service center known as Downtown Air. They use a generic two word, hyphenated domain name as their primary domain. I love the colors that they chose to represent their brand and their stylish truck is rocking it well!

Spotted this interesting service van filling up at a Wawa. The company calls themselves Time Machine Contracting & Restoration and uses a logo reminiscent of the film Back to the Future. I personally love the logo, but I’d be cautious as the owner of that company because of possible copyright infringement.

You can visit the company’s website by visiting timemachinegc.com.

Spotted the RamTool Construction Supply Company service vehicle on the road in Madison, Alabama the other day leaving the Home Depot parking lot.

RamTool uses a short, brandable two-word domain name with a prancing ram as its logo. I personally love the name and how brandable it is.

I’m in Huntsville, Alabama visiting the nieces and nephews for a few days. On my daily walk, I saw an interesting looking service vehicle. MenInKilts LLC is a window cleaning service and they use a rather creative, odd name for their business. I’m not sure about the connection between windows and Scottish kilts, but whatever floats your boat…

To put it simply, when we come across a domain name printed on the side of a vehicle, billboard, sign, or building in the living, breathing world we live in, we call these IRL domain sightings.

We categorize and group these “sightings” by extension and number of keywords. We give you a little glimpse into what the domain is being used for, photo evidence of it being used, along with our proprietary domain analysis score.

Saw a Joe Taylor Restoration service vehicle on the road yesterday afternoon. They use the domain name JTRestoration.com, which is a nice brandable domain that sums up what the business does in one word.

According to their website, they have been the industry leader in South Florida Damage Restoration since 2002, providing such services as water, fire, mold, and biohazard mitigation.

This afternoon, an Orlando Appliance Service LLC service vehicle was driving down US-527. The 3-word descriptive .ORG domain printed on their vehicle appears to have expired at some point and they migrated over to the .COM variant of their brand, which was an excellent move in my opinion.

This evening when I was out taking my dog for a walk, the Helpro Cleaning Services vehicle was parked next to an apartment complex.

Helpro is using the 3 word descriptive, service-oriented domain name, HelproCleaningServices.com.

According to Helpro’s website, Helpro has been keeping hotels, resorts, and residential homes clean for more than 25 years throughout the Orlando area.

I personally love the brandable name “Helpro”, it’s quirky and tells people what the business does, exactly as it should.

Unfortunately, helpro.com appears to not be owned by Helpro Cleaning Services as the domain does not resolve.

Today we’ve come across a Tommy’s van, representing Tommy’s waterboard pro shop and boat service. They’re using the domain name GetTommys.com

Originally registered in 2004 at GoDaddy, this somewhat unique brand name has managed to build a business across three different states — Michigan, Florida, and Colorado.

On my evening dog walk, I spotted the sign for a non-denominational church by the name of Catalyst in Orlando, FL.

They use the domain name CatalystOrlando.org and have a really beautiful website.

It’s of particular note, that the .com variant of their name appears to currently be available for sale on the DAN.com domain name marketplace by an anonymous seller.
